STEP 8 – SHOWER POWER

broken image

When feelings of congestion, stuffy noses, or the occasional cough are present, it is common to find relief in steam and a hot shower.

The steam adds moisture back in the air, which helps open the respiratory system.

Now, imagine what a great response you will get if you add in the power of pure Essential Oils!

Combine the EASY AIR RESPIRATORY BLEND with the power of STEAM by using a shower disc. Here is an easy recipe to make them at home:

STEAM POWER SHOWER DISC RECIPE

• 2 cup. Baking Soda

• 4 tbsp. Water

• 7–10 drops EASY AIR Respiratory Blend

• 7 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 7 drops Lemon Essential Oil

Add the Baking Soda and Essential Oils to a mixing bowl. Mix well until ingredients look like a crumbly power. Add in the water. Continue to mix until you get a thick paste (some more water may be necessary). Fill silicone molds with paste. Freeze for one to two hours until the mixture is set. If you have a watery mixture, just leave out overnight to dry, or place in the oven at 200 degrees for one hour.

To use, place on the floor of the shower. The disc will melt and diffuse into the air.

You can also add the EASY AIR RESPIRATORY BLEND to your bath. Try this:
