STEP 6 – PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Many people may experience shortness of breath or difficulty breathing while being active or participating in sports activities.

As a result of rapidly breathing in air that is drier than what is already in the body, you may suffer a loss of water, heat, or both from the lungs during exercise or other physical activities, causing you to have difficulty drawing breath.

Another concern: as your body works harder, your airways narrow.

Inhaling the EASY AIR RESPIRATORY BLEND can help maintain feelings of clear airways and easy breathing.

When you feel like you have a tight throat, or are having trouble breathing, drop one or two drops in the palms of your hands, rub them together, and take a deep breath as you inhale. You will experience a cooling and invigorating vapor.

Rub remaining oil onto chest. For sensitive skin, dilute with Fractionated Coconut Oil.

If you wear a wrist band or arm band, add a few drops to the band; then you can easily inhale the aroma as needed.

Many athletes prefer to use this method BEFORE they start their activity to be proactive in maintaining a healthy respiratory system.

Another great way to benefit from inhaling the EASY AIR RESPIRATORY BLEND is to use an Essential Oil inhaler.

GOOD SPORT INHALER RECIPE

• 6 drops EASY AIR Respiratory Blend

• 4 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

• 3 drops Lime Essential Oil

Add the above Essential Oils to the cotton wick that goes inside the plastic or metal tubing. Once your inhaler is put together, place in one nostril and inhale two or three deep breaths. Repeat in other nostril.
